Judith is an experienced leader having held technical, senior operations and general management roles across primary sector companies including Fonterra, Alliance Group, Top Top, Hellers, Cadbury, and now with Mainland Poultry.

That breadth of commodity and FMCG experience has been important in gaining the skills to manage in our rapidly changing work environment.

Judith will give us an overview of the dynamics of the current egg shortage and the priorities of the poultry sector including the focus on animal welfare, productivity, and sustainability.
