Wayne and Andrea from South Club with Boxes ready for Cans for a Cause
The 5 Invercargill Clubs are working together to support Rotary Clubs across New Zealand uniting as people of action in a coordinated, nationwide campaign – "Cans for a Cause", with the aim to collect 1 million cans or non-perishable food items between 9 -16 June 2025.
A mini working bee was held on Thursday night to assemble boxes for the Cans for a Cause local campaign. The boxes will go to 16 locations where people can drop their cans off. Each Invercargill Club is looking after 3 collection points.
